Shipping & Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping (Israel) Free shipping on all orders within Israel. Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days. Local pickup is available within 2 business days. 

International Shipping A flat shipping rate of $50 will be added at checkout for all international orders.
Orders are shipped via DHL Express and processed within 1 business day. 
Delivery times vary by destination. 

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the order total. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. The recipient is the importer of record and holds full responsibility for all clearance-related payments. If these fees are not paid or the package is not collected, it may be returned or destroyed according to the local authority's regulations. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Store credit may be considered, depending on the circumstances. 

 Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to local taxes and duties, determined by the destination country. These charges are not covered by Bazz and Lutra. All parcels include an official invoice with the item’s declared value in euros. Discounted items will reflect the reduced price on the invoice. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

Returns & Cancellations
 Returns are accepted within 14 days, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. 

For any order cancellation, a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund. 
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. We reserve the right to offer store credit instead of a refund in certain cases. 

 Important Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — we cannot reroute packages once dispatched. Orders may be delayed during peak periods (e.g. sale events). Bazz and Lutra is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs issues, or circumstances beyond our control. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you designate someone else to receive the package (e.g. for gifts), their signature will constitute confirmation of delivery and responsibility transfer. All orders are insured during transit.
 Responsibility for the item transfers to the customer upon delivery and signature confirmation.
